Terms & Conditions
General terms and conditions of LPDM OG for digital products, coaching services and goods.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Scope and contracting party
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between LPDM OG, Benjowskigasse 34/13, 1220 Vienna (the "Provider"), and its customers regarding the services offered on this website.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products and services does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded only once the Provider confirms the order or registration.
3. Services
The Provider supplies digital content (e.g. guides), coaching services and goods (merchandise). Coaching services are educational and lifestyle-oriented and expressly do not constitute medical, dermatological or psychological treatment.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made through the payment providers offered at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery and provision
Digital content is made available after the contract is concluded. Goods are shipped to the address provided. Coaching appointments are arranged individually.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers (FAGG)
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). For contracts concerning digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the Provider has begun performance with the consumer's express consent and their acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. For services (coaching), performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period only at the consumer's express request.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply.
8. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. The content and services are intended for general information and self-improvement and do not replace professional advice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. A platform for online dispute resolution is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
